Standard Monthly Bookkeeping
Our Standard Monthly Bookkeeping Service includes several core services designed to maintain accurate financial records.
- Weekly categorization of expenses and income, placing each transaction in the correct account and class, keeping everything neat and organized.
- Each month we'll reconcile your bank and credit card accounts, making sure your books match your bank statement, all money coming in or going out of your business will be accounted for.
- In our month-end books review we will produce and review the financial reports with you: Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Statement of Cash Flows, and Budget to Actuals. We make sure you truly understand the reports and how your business is really doing.
Bills and Invoicing
Need someone to manage your bill payments or invoice your customers? We've got you covered!
- Accounts Payable Management: Email or upload your bills and each week we will post them to your books and send payments to your vendors. At the end of the year, we'll also file any 1099 forms needed.
- Accounts Receivable Management: Getting paid by your clients is essential. We will create and send your invoices, track payments from your clients, and review any outstanding invoices with you in our monthly call. Choose weekly or monthly invoicing.
Payroll Services
You already know that payroll is complicated. There are numerous ever-changing federal, state, or local guidelines related to payroll that small businesses need to comply with. If you only have a few employees, you might be able to handle payroll on your own, but wouldn’t your time be better spent on developing new products or services for your business?
